1. Who we are

This website and the services on it are operated by DeepGro Digital Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (U73100MH2026PTC473217), with its registered office at Awfis, 1st Floor, 1B-102, Parinee Crescenzo, G Block, Bandre (East), Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400051, India (“DeepGro”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell

We sell two fixed-scope, digital SEO diagnostic reports:

• Constraint Brief — US$95, delivered within 24 hours.
• Full Diagnostic — US$200, delivered within 48 hours.

Each order covers one website URL. The scope of each report is described on the order page and method page. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before you pay.

3. Ordering and payment

• Prices are in US dollars and are charged at the time of ordering. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details.
• Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout or on your invoice.
• An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and we receive the order form. You will receive a confirmation by email.
• We may decline an order (for example, if the URL is unlawful or we cannot access it). If we decline, you receive a full refund.

4. Delivery

Reports are delivered as a PDF to the email address on your order. Turnaround times run from payment confirmation and, where you have chosen to grant it, analytics access. See the Delivery Policy for details.

5. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are entitled to request analysis of the URL you submit, and that any logo you upload is yours or your client’s to use.
• If you grant Google Analytics or Search Console access, grant read-only access from your own account. Never send passwords.
• Provide an email address you check. We are not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address or spam filtering.

6. White-label use and intellectual property

Once paid for, you may rebrand the report, present it as your agency’s work and share it with the client it was prepared for. You may not resell the report template or method as a standalone product. The underlying method, templates and frameworks remain the property of DeepGro.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Our reports are analysis and recommendations based on the data available at the time. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads or revenue. Search engines change their systems without notice, and results depend on how and whether recommendations are implemented.

8. Refunds and cancellations

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
