About
One person. Twenty years. One method.
DeepGro Digital is a solo practice. There is no team, no distributed delivery, and no account manager who hasn’t touched the diagnostic. Every report is written by the same person who built the method.

I built DeepGro Digital to solve a specific problem I kept running into from both sides of the table: SEO audits that generate enormous lists and no decisions.
On the agency side, a long findings list makes the pitch feel thorough. On the client side, it creates paralysis — forty things to fix, no ranked order, no mechanism explanation, no sense of where to start. The pitch works in the room. The engagement collapses in execution because nobody knows which problem to solve first.
The constraint-first method came out of trying to apply Theory of Constraints thinking to organic search performance — the same logical structure that works in manufacturing and operations. A system has one binding constraint at any given time. Find that constraint. Fix it. Then find the next one. Iterating this way produces compounding improvements rather than dispersed effort.
The method works. The question was whether it could be packaged into something an agency could buy, white-label, and deliver in a pitch meeting without weeks of engagement overhead. The answer turned out to be yes, at $95 for a brief and $200 for a full diagnostic.
This is a deliberate focus: doing one thing that genuinely requires judgement, well, at a price that works for mid-market agency economics. No team, no enterprise tier, no capability deck. The report is the capability deck.
Background
Twenty years across three sectors
Technology
SEO, lead generation and content marketing built at scale, alongside large website programmes and CRM implementations. This is where the diagnostic habit started: every system has one binding constraint, and finding it beats fixing everything at once.
Education
Growth and digital leadership across K12 and management education. Consumer-speed decisions at one end, long institutional buying cycles at the other — the same question underneath both.
Life sciences
B2B marketing in regulated environments, where every claim must be substantiated before it goes out. That sharpened the discipline this whole method rests on: separating what the data can support from what it cannot.
DeepGro Digital
The constraint-first method packaged into a self-serve, white-label diagnostic for agencies. Same method, delivery format built for agency economics and pitch timelines.
A deliberate choice
Why this is a solo practice
The value of the diagnostic depends on the quality of the reasoning, not the scale of the operation. Adding staff to handle volume would reduce quality before it improved capacity. The constraint in a diagnostic service is judgement. Judgement doesn’t distribute cleanly.
This means throughput is finite. There’s a real upper limit on how many reports can be produced in a week without quality degrading. That limit is a feature: it’s why the output is worth what agencies pay for it.
If demand exceeds capacity, I’ll say so rather than deliver something slower or thinner. That’s what the stated limits section in every report models — honesty about what the analysis can and can’t support.
