Delivery Policy

Digital delivery only

All DeepGro Digital products are digital reports. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive your report

Your report is emailed as a PDF to the address you entered on the order form. It is formatted for screen and print.

Delivery times

• Constraint Brief — within 24 hours.
• Full Diagnostic — within 48 hours.

Times run from payment confirmation. If you choose to grant Google Analytics or Search Console access, they run from when that access is in place. You will receive an email confirming your order when payment succeeds.

If your report hasn’t arrived

Check your spam or promotions folder first, then email hello@deepgrodigital.com with your order email and payment reference. We will resend it or, if delivery is late, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
