Privacy Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data DeepGro Digital collects, why, and the rights you have over it. It is written to meet the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other privacy laws that may apply to you.
1. Who is responsible (data controller)
DeepGro Digital Private Limited (CIN U73100MH2026PTC473217), Awfis, 1st Floor, 1B-102, Parinee Crescenzo, G Block, Bandre (East), Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra 400051, India, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@deepgrodigital.com.
2. What we collect
- Order details — your name, email address, agency name, the prospect URL, competitor URLs, priority services and any logo you upload.
- Analytics access — if you choose to grant it, read-only access to Google Analytics and Search Console for the site being diagnosed.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount and a transaction reference. We never receive card or bank details.
- Correspondence — emails you send us.
- Technical data — your IP address and browser details, which are necessarily sent to the services that deliver this site (hosting, fonts, checkout).
- Browsing and advertising data — only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies: pages viewed, the ad or link that brought you here, device and browser type, approximate location and whether you placed an order. See Cookies and advertising.
We do not knowingly collect data from children, and our services are for businesses.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
| Purpose | Data | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|---|
| Prepare and deliver the report you ordered; take payment | Order details, analytics access, payment confirmation | Performance of a contract |
| Issue invoices and keep accounting and tax records | Name, agency, email, payment confirmation | Legal obligation |
| Answer questions, handle refunds and complaints | Correspondence, order details | Performance of a contract; legitimate interests in running our business |
| Keep the site running, secure and fast | Technical data | Legitimate interests |
| Understand how the site is used | Browsing data | Consent (analytics cookies) |
| Measure our ads and show them to past visitors | Browsing and advertising data | Consent (advertising cookies) |
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing does not affect processing that happened before. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object (see section 8).
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share your order details or report contents with advertising platforms. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Who receives it
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for the purposes above:
- Razorpay (India) — payment processing.
- Our email provider — delivery of reports and correspondence.
- Hostinger (our website host) — hosts the website and stores order form submissions.
- Google (USA) — serves the fonts on this site and hosts the analytics data you choose to share.
- Analytics and advertising platforms — Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager and YouTube), Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, Pinterest and TikTok, which receive browsing data only if you accept the relevant cookies. Some act as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
- Professional advisers and authorities — our accountants and, where the law requires, tax or other public authorities.
5. International transfers
We are based in India, and some of our providers are in the USA or elsewhere. If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, your data is therefore transferred outside those regions. We protect those transfers with the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or rely on the provider’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where available. Contact us for a copy of the relevant safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and invoice records: for as long as Indian tax and company law requires (currently up to 8 years).
- Reports and uploaded logos: 12 months, so repeat orders are faster. Ask and we will delete them sooner.
- Correspondence: up to 3 years after our last contact.
- Analytics access: we stop using it once the report is delivered. Please remove our access from your dashboards at that point.
- Cookie choices: 12 months, after which we ask again.
7. Cookies and advertising
Cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) are small pieces of code or data stored in your browser. We use three kinds:
- Essential — needed for the site, order form and Razorpay checkout to work, and to remember your cookie choice. These are always on.
- Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors come from.
- Advertising — let advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, X, Reddit, Quora, Pinterest and TikTok measure whether our ads lead to visits and orders, and show our ads to people who have visited this site.
Analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you accept them in the cookie banner. Rejecting them is as easy as accepting, and does not affect your ability to order. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Advertising platforms may combine this data with information they already hold about you, for example if you are signed in to their service. You can also manage ad personalisation in your account settings with each platform. The platforms we advertise on may change; we keep this list current, and you can ask us for it at any time.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”), unless we must keep it by law.
- Restrict how we use your data.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format, or have it sent to another provider.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
- Nominate someone to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated (India).
- Complain to a data protection authority. In the EU, that is the authority in the country where you live or work; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk); in India, the Data Protection Board of India.
To use any of these rights, email hello@deepgrodigital.com. We respond within one month, free of charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We would appreciate the chance to resolve any concern before you contact an authority.
9. Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access controls to protect your data. We never ask for passwords. No system is completely secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
