For agencies
Your brand. Our analysis. Your client reads your name.
White-labelling is the default, not an add-on. Every report arrives branded to your agency. There is no minimum order, no tier to qualify for, and no partnership agreement to sign.
The process
From your order to your client’s branded report
You submit the prospect URL
No call, no account. Submit via the order form. Include your logo as a file attachment or email it separately.
We run the diagnostic & apply your brand
We analyse the site and produce the report. Your logo and agency name replace all DeepGro branding in the document.
You receive the PDF & send it to your client
The finished report arrives in your inbox. DeepGro does not appear anywhere on the document.
1
Submit URL and your logo
Use the order form. Paste the prospect’s website URL and select the report type. Attach your agency logo as a PNG or SVG, or email it after ordering. If we’ve worked together before, we hold your logo on file.
2
We run the diagnostic
We analyse the site and write the report. No automated export, no template fill-in. The constraint-first method is applied by a person, not a script. Turnaround: 24 hours for a Constraint Brief, 48 hours for a Full Diagnostic.
3
Receive your branded report
The report is delivered as a PDF to the email you used at checkout. Your logo and agency name appear in the header. The document footer carries your contact details. DeepGro Digital is not visible anywhere in the document.

Report anatomy
What’s in each report format
The Full Diagnostic adds a complete site inventory with every finding ranked by impact, plus an extended remediation plan. For agencies pitching enterprise clients or preparing a detailed discovery scope.
Partnership terms — no agreement needed
What you can claim, and what you can’t
You can claim
- ✓
That the report is your proprietary diagnostic work.
The report format and methodology are used under your agency brand. Your client experiences it as your service.
- ✓
That your agency uses a constraint-first diagnostic approach.
You use this method. That’s accurate.
- ✓
That you deliver 24-hour or 48-hour turnaround.
As long as you build in realistic delivery time from when you order.
- ✓
The full contents of the report, as your analysis.
The findings and recommendations are yours to present and defend.
You cannot claim
- ✕
Guaranteed ranking positions or traffic growth.
The report makes no such guarantees, and neither should you when presenting it.
- ✕
That the report was written by AI or automated tools.
It wasn’t. Making that claim would be inaccurate and damaging to the work.
- ✕
Things the report’s stated limits section explicitly excludes.
The limits section exists precisely to define the boundaries of what the analysis can support.
- ✕
That DeepGro Digital produced the report.
The white-label is complete — you’re not obligated to disclose the source, and we don’t appear in the document.
Practical details
How agencies typically use this
Most agencies order one report per active pitch — they use it to open the discovery conversation rather than walk in blind. The report becomes the first thing they hand over: “We ran a diagnostic on your site before this meeting.” That reframes the conversation from capability-selling to problem-solving.
A typical pattern: 2–5 orders a month during an active pitching period, dropping to zero during delivery-heavy months. No subscription means no minimum charge in quiet months.
Logo submission
Upload your logo PNG or SVG in the order form. For vector files, include a version on white background and one on dark. We hold your logo on file after the first order — you don’t need to re-submit it.
Delivery format
Reports are delivered as a PDF to your order email address. The document is formatted for printing and screen reading. It’s designed to be sent directly to your client or printed for a meeting.

Start with one report. No commitment.
No partnership agreement. No minimum order. The white-label is the default — your first report arrives under your brand.
